Chris A. Christoffersen serves as Principal, President & CEO of Health Services Associates, Inc., with more than 32 years of hands-on experience in the Rural Health Clinic arena. She has guided hundreds of clinics nationwide through feasibility, certification, implementation, billing, and reimbursement. Chris provides strategic financial analysis, education, and management support that helps clinics operate efficiently and grow with confidence. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into a nationally recognized consulting organization with more than 40 team members supporting Rural Health Clinics across the country. She is deeply committed to strengthening rural healthcare and expanding access to integrated mental health services throughout rural America.

Julie Quinn, CPA
Principal, VP of Compliance & Cost Reporting
Julie Quinn, CPA, is a Principal and Vice President of Compliance & Cost Reporting with more than 31 years of experience in governmental compliance, reimbursement strategy, and cost reporting for Rural Health Clinics, including 15 years in Medicare Administrative Contractor roles. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and provides expertise in cost reporting, audits, reimbursement optimization, and regulatory strategy. Julie frequently speaks at state and national conferences and works closely with State Offices of Rural Health through SORH partnerships. Her practical approach and deep knowledge help clinics navigate complexity and operate with confidence.

Julie Wiegand
Principal, VP of RHC Billing, Consulting, & Training
Julie A. Wiegand is a Principal and Vice President of RHC Billing, Consulting & Training with more than 30 years of specialized Rural Health Clinic billing experience. She is an AHIMA-approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer and brings expertise in billing systems, program development, consulting, and staff training. Julie is known for bringing clarity and structure to complex billing operations while improving accuracy and team performance. She also leads a large team of RHC billing professionals serving clinics across the country.

Maya Curtice
Glacier Executive Coordinator
As HSA’s Executive Coordinator, Maya Curtice supports Health Services Associates’ clients through the Glacier dashboard. She assists with onboarding clients to the dashboard and helps ensure each clinic has a smooth and organized transition and experience with Glacier.
Maya works to ensure clients have access to the right information, tools, and resources within their dashboard so they can easily track their clinic’s progress and stay up to date in key areas such as credentialing, compliance, emergency preparedness, and ongoing operational needs. With a friendly and supportive approach, she is committed to helping clinics feel confident, informed, and well-supported as they navigate the platform.

Michelle Renee
Director of RHC Regulatory Surveys & Certification
Michelle Renee, Director of RHC Regulatory Surveys & Certification, has been a cornerstone of HSA for nearly twenty years and is widely recognized for her leadership in regulatory and certification work. She brings deep expertise in Medicare and Medicaid credentialing, CMS regulations, project leadership, mock surveys, and certification coordination. Michelle guides clients through the full RHC certification process from start to finish and is known for her organization and practical survey insight. She also serves as a speaker and trusted resource for both clients and colleagues across the country.

Tressa Sacrey
Director of Compliance & Education
Tressa R. Sacrey, Director of Compliance & Education, has over 11 years of Rural Health Clinic experience with HSA’s compliance and education efforts. With a background in education and business applied technology, she brings a practical, hands-on approach to regulatory compliance. Her work includes mock surveys, emergency preparedness planning, and development of tools that help clinics meet complex requirements. Tressa works closely with State Offices of Rural Health and is a respected speaker at both the state and national level.

Amanda Danley
Director of Operations & Clinic Transitions
Amanda Danley serves as Director of Operations & Clinic Transitions and brings more than 15 years of experience supporting Rural Health Clinics nationwide. Her expertise spans clinic transitions, operational leadership, cost reporting, and direct client support, positioning her as a highly respected leader in managing complexity and driving meaningful progress. Amanda is known for her strong judgment, practical problem-solving, and ability to lead confidently through challenging situations. Her depth of experience, leadership, and versatility make her a vital force across the organization.

Marybeth Gleason
Director of Billing Operations & Client Communications
Marybeth Gleason, Director of Billing Operations & Client Communications, brings 10 years of experience working with clinics in credentialing, billing operations, and client support. Since joining the firm in 2016, she has helped providers resolve billing and credentialing issues while improving day-to-day clinic performance. With a background in accounting and ongoing graduate studies, she offers a strong perspective in financial and operational oversight. Marybeth is known for her responsiveness and problem-solving ability.

Michelle McMahon
Director of Credentialing
Michelle McMahon serves as the Director of Credentialing for Health Services Associates, Inc. She is a licensed master’s level social worker with a decade of experience in leadership and project management. Michelle oversees credentialing processes with a focus on clear communication, efficiency, and strong outcomes for providers and partners. Her organized, people-centered approach supports streamlined workflows and consistent results. She is passionate about expanding access to care by strengthening credentialing infrastructure for rural healthcare providers.

Kassie Racine
Director of Glacier Operations
Kassandra Racine is the Director of Glacier Operations, leading the strategy, development, and implementation of HSA’s Glacier platform. Glacier is designed to simplify and streamline Rural Health Clinic operations, compliance, and reporting through a secure and centralized system. She focuses on helping clinics manage documentation, track deadlines, prepare for surveys, and remain audit-ready. Kassandra works across teams to support adoption and continuous improvement.

Moriah Williams
Associate Director of RHC Certification & Enrollment
Moriah Williams, Associate Director of RHC Certification & Enrollment with HSA, brings six years of independent project management experience and seven years of experience directly serving patients in the field of speech-language pathology. She holds a Master of Arts in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Michigan State University and maintains her license and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology. Moriah specializes in RHC initial certification and enrollment, overseeing the full project lifecycle. She partners with state and federal agencies to navigate complex regulatory requirements, driving projects forward efficiently and ensuring timely achievement of key enrollment and certification milestones.

Vicy DeBruin
Associate Director, RHC Quality & Audit
Vicy DeBruin, Associate Director of RHC Quality & Audit, brings nine years of experience with Health Services Associates and holds a degree in Social Work from Spring Arbor University. She specializes in medical record audits, employee personnel audits, and support for State Offices of Rural Health. Vicy focuses on strengthening compliance, education, and operational effectiveness while helping clinics better understand requirements and improve performance. In addition, she serves as a speaker for HSA, sharing her knowledge with clients and rural health audiences.
